The indoor facility is a steel construction enclosure offering a riding arena measuring 76 x 22 metres undercover.

• There is ample natural light for daytime riding and at night the arena is flood lit.
• Riders can view their progress and style in strategically placed mirrors.
• An observation bay along side the arena provides safe and comfortable viewing of the horse activities.
• Brackenbush Café has provision for viewing through windows overlooking the arena.
• Brackenbush Café also available for lectures, seminars and conferences.
• A commercial kitchen will make quality meals, morning & afternoon tea available for group bookings.
• A first aid room is provided for the safety and comfort of clients.
• Toilet and shower facilities are provided.
• Adequate parking for cars and floats, close to the building, with lighting for night use.
